    running the eurobattle.net installer in vista

    I am currently attempting to install eurobattle.net onto my Warcraft 3 TFT. I have installed ROC and TFT, upgraded to 1.22a (1.22.0.6328), and have run the eurobattle.net installer. The issue I am having, however, is that the two icons (the Warcraft 3 ROC PvPGN and the Warcraft 3 TFT PvPGN icons as shown in this image ) are not appearing on my desktop. When I tried opening the game using the euroloader.exe file in my WC3 folder, I could not connect to eurobattle, and I got the "validate game" error.

    Any help would be appreciated... am I just being stupid?

    oh i see. the tutorial said 1.22a so thats what i thought i had to use.
