First of all, bear in mind that any requests that do not match the following scheme will be ignored/closed without any further notice. Replay must be played on ap/rd/cm/cd modes, without em/wtf or similar fun modes. Also public replays are not allowed. We expect you to answer to all of the following questions in few sentences. Remember the following scheme is meant to give us some info about candidates, so writing few words here and there wont be enough.

1.) Your personal and bnet name. (in quotes)

2.) Your Age. (in quotes)

3.) Where are you from? (in quotes)

4.) State your reason why you want to play here. (INCLUDE where you heard the league from, write nick if its recommendation) (in quotes)

5) Your own, honest, assessment of your manners and temper. (in quotes)

6.) Your own, honest, assessment of your DotA-skills. (in quotes)

7.) A brief history about yourself (Only dota related information please - INCLUDE previous leagues, if any) (in quotes)

8.) Two replays which will show your skills, satisfying all noted ss requirements. (Private game or Clan War) (in quotes)
