Suggestions on improving Clan OVP!

Well,here we are ..in a big pile of dust.
Mud,more precisely.
Clan OVP ( pg section ) is currently in probably one of it's lowest shapes ever.
We have no active pg players,except some.
We have no resources in facing a clan war like we used to.
We need some fresh blood !
I wanna hear your suggestions about improving it.
Possibilities,skilled players that wanna join the clan,new recruiting tactics.
I'm all ears.
