Several sections have been completed and with the release of NotD : SO being less than a week away we've decided to bring it online.
At the moment most of the information is concentrated on the Academy -> Class training page, which should in time prove very useful to new players. We're continuing work on more content for both NotD:SO and Notd 2.
As you can see in the menu, we have many features in mind to be added so stick around, we'll keep you up-to date.
