Could not start GProxy: Process failed to start: No such file or directory 2017

I recently switched to Windows 7. Now I cannot play in Lagabuse due to error: Could not start GProxy: Process failed to start: No such file or directory, I cannot use Gproxy gateway instead I use Normal gateway but I got kicked in LA because it wants Gproxy, in other channels I can connect well.

I run in Admin and did turned off AV and FW but still I can not make it work. I have already .NET 4.5 and VC++2015

Do you have Gproxy.dll or any file that needs by xpam???????????????????????
