For example entgaming games list is much larger than what I get. It's probably related to ping, if you have a certain amount of ping to that game it doesn't show up on the list. I think so anyways. Is this changeable?

I don't know what you actually mean by that , but I can join them by entering their name manually although it's very buggy and annoying.
