It is not possible without the /p command. To uploud the screenshot and replay, use the attach files.
WHy turkish people dont need to pass all this rulezz with replays etc? They just give screen shot and administrator is banning another guy instantly... Check the link if you dont believe me...

Turkey comunity has their own rules, immigrate to turkey then.
u need his ping on screen to proove that real owner of that account played that game so no-one spoofed his nickname. Btw this is not enough for ban, he used only "biatch" and sh*t
