Buying a PS3 from another country.

Recently, I've decided to buy a playstation. But i want the playstation 3 80 gb (fat not slim aka first version).

Here in canada, all got sold. Is there anyone knowing a store in your city or anywhere that sell the playstation 3 80 gb, old version ?

If yes, please let me know, all costs will be covered..

Don't do that kevin, buy xbox360 as i did.
The producers prefer make games for Xbox360 instead of PS3 (Due to blue-ray thing)
All plataforms (Konami/Namco/Sega/Ubisoft/Others) are leaving the exclusivity from some games like:
MetalGearSolid, ProEvolutionSoccer, DevilMayCry, etc.
You just won't be able to play Uncharted, GodOfWar and GranTurismo.
But it's a normal thing, xbox360 have exclusive games also, games like:
Halo, GearsOfWar1/2, Dante's inferno, BioShock, Forza...
There is a website where they compare ps3/xbox360 games (same games), they're equal in Gameplay but xbox is winning when the conversation is about graphics.

I tried so hard. Ebay doesnt have any new ones. Amazon, has some, but they dont come with any kind of warranty. I dont want to buy anything without a warranty.

Xbox360 > ps3.

Reason : xbox360 you can install OS and emulate every other console you want.

How much you're willing to pay for a console? On US store you can get for 200$ however you would have to pay tax (not sure how it is on Canada).

Much like the other games, Resident Evil 5 looks marginally better on the Xbox 360.
Now, think about it kevin.. i have games like AssassinsCreed1/2, CallOfDuty - ModernWarfare1/2, DevilMayCry4, Forza2/3, ResidentEvil5, GearsOfWar1/2, DeadSpace, Fallout3, GTA4 (There are 2 expansions for GTA4, both exclusive for xbox) etc...

the images i saw for PS3 looked very ... dull and on xbox almost like PERFECT , sharp .. etc.
have you tried tigerdirect ? i have used it to buy stuff online and i think its settled in US so lower shipping charge i guess
