I want to report player "Raichu"

I enter game and I wrote "-swapall", and he start to insult me that I am stupid, that i dont know to play, and ban me. He wrote ban reason:noob and didnt even see me how i play(i play good).He ban player even because he didnt speak eng on game......I dont have proof because he kick me, and i couldnt save replay.
