When a game i host is over, i get disconnected(same way as if i have typed !end, without the countdown). Sometime i wanna stay to check stats and all, but i always get DC'ed right after the game....

@Pety he means that if he is the only player left in his own ghost that he gets disconnected right after the game has finished
@Helraiser search trough your ghost one maybe there is a checkbox that says disconnect after game has ended or something like that

Yes, as niceone said, the problem is in your ghostone configuration, try to go through file and set it up.
My ping is 89ms and upload 9 mgb/sec but how?
