try to restart de modem.i hade once a modem like that.
if you are using a ghost.forword the ports manualy.
click create a new game or application from your modem meniu.then enter the port,afther that don`t forget to put the port on TCP and UDP..or both.or it somthink like that. i`m not remember well.
