Ban Piet pls PLS pls

We were playing dota ... Me in scourge and Piet(as host) in sentinel.
After 20-30 mins we were playing 3 against 4 (3 of us , 4 of them)
And soon enough 3 v 3 .
Host used leavers (miranas) ulty to save himself and hist team.
When i said that he shouldnt do it he banned me , said some rude stuff and kicked me .
Pls he shouldnt be allowed to play anymore ....
Pls read this and reply ... And tell me if there is anything more to do about this.
