You need the replay of a game, and at least 2 ScreenShots containing Your and Host's ping (Host's ping must be above 250 ) in different parts of the game.

Juniinho but [atwa]-soad- have a 1206 ping...my worker cant move
I only have replay and one ss...but anytime when i ping he had 1206 ping.
