he insulted me that i am using map hack, cause i saw gondar when he was in wind, despite i had used my dust.After that he said i have mh and banned me for NO REASON, like the rest of the players who played at that time, in that game, sooo i request to ban this player!!!!

You need a replay and screenshost of BAD manner.
A host can decide who he plays with and with whom not, as long as it is no official game (tour, ladder). Banning someone is not bad manner, and you should not abuse bad manners reports for something you can sort out between yourself.
