    Changelog:

    HERO CHANGES
    Anti-Mage
    - Mana Void AoE increased from 275 to 325
    - Strength changed from 16 +1.5 to 20 +1.2

    Axe
    - Battle Hunger duration reduced from 10/15/20/25 to 10/13/16/19 and increased damage to keep the same total damage output

    Bane Elemental
    - Fiend's Grip manacost increased from 100/175/250 to 200/300/400

    Batrider
    - Reduced base damage from 64-70 to 48-52
    - Sticky Napalm fixed from doing a higher constant slow instead of stacking and starting lower
    - Sticky Napalm manacost increased from 15 to 20

    Blood Seeker
    - Base armor reduced by 2 points

    Bone Fletcher
    - Strafe changed from 50/60/70/80 AS for 10 seconds to 90 AS for 4/6/8/10 seconds

    Bounty Hunter
    - Imported a custom model for him that has his selection box fixed

    Bristleback
    - Warpath's attack speed increase changed to bonus damage (10/20/30 base with 4/8/12 bonus per stack)

    Broodmother
    - Insatiable Hunger lifesteal increased from 40/55/70% to 40/60/80%
    - Insatiable Hunger duration increased from 12 to 14 seconds

    Centaur Warchief
    -Double Edge manacost removed
    -Double Edge can no longer cause a suicide

    Chaos Knight
    - Phantasm cooldown decreased from 180 to 180/160/140

    Clockwerk
    - Rocket Flare vision reduced from 5/10/15/20 to 10 seconds
    - Battery Assault damage reduced from 20/40/60/80 to 10/30/50/70

    Dark Seer
    - Ion Shell manacost increased from 60/80/100/120 to 70/90/110/130
    - Wall of Replica no longer replicates allies
    - Wall of Replica now deals 125 damage each time it affects an enemy hero

    - Attack range increased from 600 to 625

    - Echo Slam now deals half bonus damage from corpses instead of full

    He was forced to kill treads and bring phase boots alive. Now treads are almost useless, i liked previous phase/treads since they were balanced enough, free movement or as+stats, now it is free movement+as vs stats, guess who wins.

    Well I will still stick with treads especialy if with Notrom(whole 16 int wow!)
    Speaking of Nortrom,it cots is USELESS now once again! It was a crap before the change to constant 50/25(giving nice harrasment tool). Now since it is realy usefull only as lwl 4,i will have to go back to using stats and gow only! Who ever thought of remaking it again??

    Overall... i think i will stick to 6.61b for now, the bad changes are just... TOO bad overshadowing the good changes... I would wait for 6.63b version soon

    Therefore 1.23 patch is still ok with me

    This is my review kinda:

    Broodmother
    - Insatiable Hunger lifesteal increased from 40/55/70% to 40/60/80%
    - Insatiable Hunger duration increased from 12 to 14 seconds
    NULL(badish?). Really Broodmother needed this? It was nearly immortal while Hunger. Will wreck pubs, but not that bad of a change either
    Clockwerk
    - Rocket Flare vision reduced from 5/10/15/20 to 10 seconds
    - Battery Assault damage reduced from 20/40/60/80 to 10/30/50/70
    BAD. This wasn't needed at all. Just because it manage to get into competitive, doesn't mean we have to kick him out.
    Dark Seer
    - Ion Shell manacost increased from 60/80/100/120 to 70/90/110/130
    - Wall of Replica no longer replicates allies
    - Wall of Replica now deals 125 damage each time it affects an enemy hero
    - Wall of Replica illusions damage improved from 35% to 60%
    NULL. well while Ion shell change is somewhat good, Wall of Replica uses are limited cause of this change.
    Drow Ranger
    - Attack range increased from 600 to 625
    NULL, but it wasn't need at all.
    Earthshaker
    - Echo Slam now deals half bonus damage from corpses instead of full
    NULL. Altho i don't like it, i can see why this was implemented. I just wish a counter change wa also implemented to help ES end game
    Enchantress
    - Strength growth decreased from 2.0 to 1.0
    BAD. Atleast 1.5 but 1?
    Furion
    - Teleportation cooldown from 60/50/40/30 to 50/40/30/20
    - Wrath of Nature now has a global cast range
    GOOD. But treants needed more attention than those skills

    BAD. 3skill kill + let her be a tank too? Remove invisibility then.

    BAD. I could see this nerf at 500range... not 300

    GOOD, now buff the ulti too
    Rhasta

    BAD. I could see this at 80second, but 110 at lvl16? At lvl16 heroes just cut through them with ease.
    Sand King
    - Sand Storm cooldown from 40/35/30/25 to 40/30/20/10
    NULL. I dont particularly like it, but won't change much
    Sven
    - Base agility increased from 16 to 21
    NULL
    Ursa Warrior
    - Fury Swipes damage increased from 6/12/18/24 -> 10/15/20/25
    BAD. Roshan lvl2 now? This wasn't exactly what ursa needed.
    Zeus
    - Agility decreased from 15 + 1.7 to 11 + 1.2
    NULL. This is really bad with item changes included, but as a standalone is null

    NULL(badish). It can be good and bad depends on the occasion, It defenetely makes tanks less "tankish"

    GOOD. Improved its escaping usage, more ganking
    Khadgar's Pipe of Insight
    - Recipe uses Headdress of Rejuvenation instead of Buckler. Loses armor bonus.

    All rest changes are just good.

    Ok that was a lot. I'm a big fun of dota 6.60 series. I liked the improved ganking but... this is going too far. Getting rid of any strategy, removing current gameplay and replacing it with a 3rd person camera counter-strike one. Many good changes, some null and some bad. Unfortunately the bad ones are TOO bad.

    If you gonna buff physical dps early, buff skill's damage/effectiveness late too, then i would really like this change.
