OK i had so many problems so i decided to install wc3 again.
I copied it from external hard disk(game is patched to 1.23)
I downloaded server installer run that registry thingy and now it says unable to validate game version patch something

COPY from external disk = WONT work .. as much as i know
so ... install W3 reign of chaos .. then frozen throne
install patch 1.23 .. download and install xpam file (dl link on forum)
run battlenet.reg located in your W3 folder , run w3 .. select this server , make sure your account is activated / exists ... ENJOY
PS make sure u do this EXACTLY as writen

Well you must try to get it from another source. And not copied, this causes many errors/problems.
When you say "not being able to connect" do you just mean, you cna't connect to eurobattle.net. cuz if it is, i don't tihnk it has anything to do with your game installination, its cuz the server is down atm or when u tried..
1. Get another copy of w3 setup (somewhere)
2. It should work with copy anyway. You could try to get blizzard reseter to reset the game patch and then patch with 1.23 again.
