connection problem

well i got a really annoying connection problem: first the client will have offently some lag or freeze( i mean me or the other player), and 2 a lot of disconnection, the most of the time when a game start, i will have a 2sec freeze, and next the screen "you were disconnected" appears... it can also happens in a game, especially when the connection is really bad and the client has freezes. i do not use a routeur, i close the firewall. So if someone can help me to resolve this problem, it would be nice. thanks and sorry for the english...

precedenrly i said that im not using a routeur, its wrong i do, and i have the upnp on, so isnt it supposed to open the ports when the game start ? anyway i tried to open them manually but failed, so i use a freebox v5 as modem, if u know what it needed. but is it really different than the upnp ? i mean if the ports are close, it will be impossible to start a game anyway ?

Show me the ports open and this: start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all
