this is the second time he kick me with a hack, and i don't get win, he tells me that i lagged him but i had under 100 ping permanent, he had lags problems not me, as you can see in this picture, he surely disc hacked this game and another one before
Most likely not enough proofs, you are missing the second screenshot with "you are victorious"...

well i forgot to take that, but even so it's clear hack kick, he even admits it, "no win for you", the last match we played he said "i'm sorry i have lag and i will kick you" he use some program, i didn't get the 2 wins i played with him
Well, it looks pretty clear since he even admitted it.. But it's a mod's decision.
