He definitely won't be banned just because of his nickname. Auschwitz (not AuswitZ), was the name of a german prison in Poland on the decade of 1940's, not a swear word.

As stated by Taz, you missed to comply with the 'spoofcheck' rule, which consists:
  • In case you were flamed in the lobby of the game, make sure you do the /p command which will include the full list of the players nicks, and upload that in your report.
  • If you were flamed in the middle of a custom game, upload a screenshot containing the /p command and upload it in your report.
Please, do not forget to include that information in your next report thread, if any.
