Try to re install the game.

RAM:You Have: 2.0 GB And its just said thats good to update graphick and sound card... i realy dunno what is prob
Graphick card is NVIDIA 8500 GT and all other games work just w3 doesnt ...
Go to Start > Run > dxdiag > Display tab to run the DirectX tests.
Did you install your motherboard chipset drivers?

You run war3.exe or frozen throne.exe or what? You have to run euroloader.exe.
yap i tryed on euroloader and nothing...

black screen:
1. wrong war3 resolution, that is not supported by your monitor
2. wrong graphic / chipset drivers
try [URL="http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php"]this tool[/URL], and check what your chipset really is, and download the appropriate drivers
