I know man, no one say that is not my bad, becouse i didn't pay atention what those two kids r doing I'm sorry for that, and i just don't know what to do, becouse i have 20 players who comes every day and play Dota, but now it is unposible.

Like i said, help me to find solution. Can you pls understand me and my situation? I do that for a living...

I think you should unban that ip and just ban those accounts permanently.I doubt he will let them play again...

Can you do something for us? You take a picture from inside that "caffe", using a digital camera, of you holding an A4 size or bigger sheet of paper written "EUROBATTLE.NET" on it, in big size, so we can actually read it from the photograph. You can either post it here or send me via PM. You will then be unbanned.

lol i saw this case and i was thinking how he can proove that. I had same idea with making photo of that cafe with some sign.

Yes, we actually do not believe people coming in with claims that can be hardly verified, I am sure you understand, you have to deal with a group of people as well - there ought to be several that will attempt to cheat/lie (no, I did not steal my friends account, he gave it to me!)

I'd do it, but i got no idea how to unban IP in banlist. Someone could explain me how to use it : ))

Your IP still shows in banlist, but I've managed to unban it somehow So it's actually unbanned from server. Have fun.
