Hello,

I'd like to have this guy sanctioned. I believe it's ok to have a rule that excludes people from other countries based on reasons like peering, interconectivity and stuff. However, when you have something against a group of people based on their nationality; that's wrong.
The guy i am complaining about, was talking **** about romanians. I am romanian, but sometimes ghost detects my ip like (??) so i was able to capture the screen i am attaching.
