Sikorsky you didn't print with your own ping how do we know it wasn't vice-versa?

et:. You have to ping only your opponent not yourself!
And about you being unable to be host. When you are higher level than your opponent server puts you as host automatically .. this is pretty much clear dc Imo right after gg he dc. 
Yea you got lose because I was host, as I wrote above this time I was lucky being host. But this is exactly reason why I'm posting this. To prevent you (discer), discing against lower level players so they will not suffer lose then. Obviously your plan didn't worked here.

Read the rules. You need your ping AT LEAST, his ping is optional.
