On the other hand, I cannot see anything bannable in there, since motherfcuker is, unfortunately, quite a common insult, and as such, the real meaning has devalued...i.e. it is not really an insult towards your mother.

this is not banable, unless he uses hard flames and/or insults. For such spams, just use /ignore
(in dota games, first hide hero names to be able to ignore chat, command is -hhn)
