DK :
Frost is mostly for tanking, but its viable in PvP.
Blood and Unholy are PvP spec's only, tho from 3.1 Unholy is monster burst spec(currently best arena DPS)
Druid :
Balance is most pointless spec to use at the moment, its can only be viewed as dueler and leveling spec, its most unsuccessfull spec in arena.
Feral : you can tank, you can DPS, and you can even achieve great result in arena combo-ed with priest.
Resto by some people : best arena healer and most successfull and PvP viable spec for this class.
Hunter :
Beastmastery, PvE spec, nothing much.
Markmanship, PvP spec too much underpowered to burst Survival, effective with priest in arena only and vs casters.
Survival, by far best PvE spec and PvP spec, thanks to Explosive Shot and Trap Mastery, hunter deeply speced in this tree can rarely go out of mana, can achieve andachieve a LARGE HP base(32000 health points) mostly thanks to survivalist and endurance training talents.
Keep in mind to put : spell penetration + stamina as Survival hunter in sockets.
Mage :
Arcane : Contains a large burst, but lacks CC abilities.
Fire : PvE spec, for PvP it can only be successfull in battlegrounds, not arenas.
Frost : Best PvP spec for mage, going deeply in to this tree can give u water elemental pet and 5 sec stun to frozen target.
Paladin :
Holy : Great PvP and PvE healer spec.
Protection : Great aggro holder in PvE.
Prepare to be shocked :
Currently best ranked paladin spec in arena, and great healer + CCer.
Retribution : Strong meele attacking paladin, very survivable in arena and very OP burst damage dealer.
In general Paladin is most OP class of 3.1 WoW.
Priest :
Discipline : Can be used in PvE. But its main PvP spec of priest.
Holy : PvE spec
Shadow : nerfed for PvP, only viable for PvE.
Rogue :
Assasination : Best choice for PvP rogue, and can be reserve choice for PvE. Mutilate is best thing ever for rogues, dont listen to others.
Combat : PvE Spec, its viable in arena mostly in 3v3 combos along enhancement shaman(for haste), great damage dealing
low survivability.
Subtlety : Dueler spec, lacks burst.
Shaman :
Elemental : Thanks to new addition to this tree and addition of stamina in enhancement, it finnally gained success in arena.
Range Caster shaman.
Enhancement : Best PvE choice and a good PvP spec, it doesnt bring much results tho, due to lack of survival. READ : Takes skills and nerves.
Restoration : Monster healing PvP spec. Champion of instant fast heals and group heals.
Warlock :
Affliction : Best PvP and PvE spec for warlock. The only way for warlock to achieve something in arena.
Demonology : Dueler spec
Destruction : Can only be viewed as PvE spec, not so much successfull in arena.
Warrior :
Arms : Best Spec for PvP
Fury : Viable as PvP spec, imba as PvE spec
Protection : Tanking spec, can be used in PvP only for Battleground massive CCing.

Pitanje, sto je Dwarf najjaci Hunter? (ja znam da owna, a i simpa mi je zbog puskice)
Dwarf hunter je sranje,Night elf je bolji zbog stealth koji moze cak da se koristi i u combat.
Dwarf je dobar zbog stoneform jedino..

Kakav crni Elf hunter... Druga stvar, Dwarf brze puca od Elfa.
