No one cant connect my game

To start it..
Before that new frozen throne patch my internet administrator provided me with IP adress that allowed me to host games.
I can remember no long time ago i was hosting daily, more than five games per a day...Almost everytime fullhouse

Now when w3x has been patched, no one is joining my games (i tried dota and some other five maps)

Config in winXP is still the same, winXP with firewall, exception to loader,frozen throne etc added, port 6112-6114 opened. TCP and UDP

Even when i turn off firewall theres no one coming to my game..



Except avast antivirus theres nothing else i am using.


I dont use Ghost and i am hosting normal way.



Anyone knows how to find where is the mistake and how to solve it?
