Yes, I wrote a Java library for making BNet chat bots. It supports both PvPGN and official servers with Warden handling via BNLS. You can see some of the bots in action in channel Clan WTS. If you're interested, let me know and I'll send you the libraries.

CCBot is a modified GHost++ bot (made by Varlock) to moderate both the channel and the clan it's located in. It's written in C++ with the SQLite files in C and because of this it's multi-platform and works on Windows and Linux (and OS X with probable minor changes to source). It's meant to be small and powerful with almost no dependecies and to work on PvPGNs and B.NET.
