i cant get rage from a dota game since i changed my way of thinking( years ago ), all that matters for me is my own performance. No matter how the game turns out, even if i got 4 feeders i can still top the opposite team on gold/min or xp/min. When i do have a full team of feeders i just focus on not dying instead of going for kills and i lol at the feeders when they die. Maybe if i feel like it i give them motivational taunts like "this game is too hard for you" or "must really suck to be you right now" when they die.

me failing and lucky opponent are basically the same so i'll cover the luck element only.
Luck
1. The chance happening of fortunate or adverse events; fortune: They met one day out of pure luck.
2.Good fortune or prosperity; success: We wish you luck.
3. One's personal fate or lot: It was just my luck to win a trip I couldn't take.
Luck is a fictional concept, it exists to substitute for the logical explanation of why "the course of events" did not occur in your favor.
I never use the word "luck" instead i analyze the situation and find out what i did wrong or what i should have done in order to have the "course of events" occur in my favor. If you call it luck whenever an adversary wins a battle then you openly admit that you were predestined(another fictional concept) to lose because the laws of the universe favored him and not you.
If you pay attention and stop to think about it, you can substitute luck with a rational explanation or a constructive and critical assessment over the situation or course of events that occurred:
[common case] You intend to kill an enemy hero but he/she escaped your burst of damage with 10 hp.
♦To call that lucky means self defeat, instead here are some other reasons for why you failed to kill him:
-your timing was inaccurate;
-you didn't take into account his hp regeneration,magic damage resistance,physical damage resistance;
-you rushed blindly into combat without evaluating the situation thoroughly;
-you thought you had 10 more damage than the amount of damage you actually had;
-you didn't take into account the fact that he had charges in his magic wand;
logical explanations could go on but i think i made my point.
Raging has a therapeutical effect if you create negative emotions but to create negative emotions or regret over something that happened in the past serves no useful purpose as you have no control over what has already happened... instead try not to make the same mistakes.

Listen to this one: You open a company called the Arse Tickler's Faggots Fan Club. You take out an advert in the back page of some gay mag, advertising the latest in arse-intruding dildos, you sell it with, I dunno, "does what no other dildo can do until now", "the latest and greatest in sexual technology", "guaranteed results or your money back", all that bollocks.
