its for connecting ur music device (e.g mp3,mp4, mobiles with 3.5mm jack and etc) to a music stereo system.
(2 plugs for 2 speakers and 1, black one, for music device from which u want to play music)
And there's no exact name for it you just have to look for it in music shops
