Recommend:
Sentinel tactic:
Up line: Shadow shaman and yurnero
Mid line: Silencer
Down line: Enigma and tauren
Scourge tactic:
Up line: Warlock and Sand king
Mid line: Lich/shadowfiend
Down: Tide Hunter and Pugna
Also usefull for sentinel can be vengeful and crystal together - rampage..
Sometimes You gotta watch what your enemy will choose and tactic don't need to be same as always..

i don`t like that scourge/sentinel picks but here is my favs : )

sentinel :

sven + lina bottom
silencer solo mid
rexxar/es + zeus top

scourge :

lesh + sk top
sf solo mid [ yupiiiiii ;DD]
magnus + warlock/na bottom


though i like scourge one more ;D

Overall :

sven + lina gang lane ;D [ sentinel bottom , scourge top ]
Sf solo mid ofc
magnus + zeus other lane : )

the sentinel one - i kinda don't like it..
The scourge is nice..
We can try it and also use it..
But i prefer mine as resolution

2- comment every combo / tactic, if you got something against it. if not, I don't want to read stupid bul****s from wannable pros saying that it sux, without any real argument.

3- build constructive posts, as we are a team, we got to work our mind together to find some good cw combos.

Scourge:

*Blood + DK top

*Viper mid

*Tide + WarLock down

blood + dk lane is bad , they have 0 control and both melee
better swap blood with some int nuker like lich or lesh or qop

other 3 heroes are cool , but i`d swap viper with warlock till warlocks lvl 6 , then gang viper side and viper takes solo mid further on : )
other thing is , maybe magnus would do the better job than tide

few suggestion from me
U should focus more on line domination , but still try not to lose pushing , defending abbility. Im really not lover of mass ulty strategy which imo just sux. Its so easy to counter them with BKBs or Hoods while they will be raped on lines. Ok lets go:

1. potm/qop up , zeus solo mid , rexxar jugle and bottom Tauren+Lina
U will have good line domnation , rexxar can gang from lvl 6 and kill almost anyone, while qop/potm will farm and easly survive with blink/jump (requires good player also) . Tact played by ssT against old in last game in ss-tour (score 40:16). U can find it in ss-tour replays (focus especially on rexxars jungling from lvl 1).

2. Warlock + spectre/bb down (if sent , if scourge then up) , mid qop , up tauren + leshrac.
A bit different them before . Warlock has job to babysit spectre/bb who have to get radi and then game is almost over .So harras opponents as much as possible and constantly heal spec/bb while they will farm. Again same story with qop who is one of the best heroes with solo line and imba ganger/mass battle hero also . Tauren + leshrac again double stun combo which will easily make mass kills and great line domination.

3. tinker solo mid (proper tinker with bottle can own almost any hero, but it requires very skilled player) , up Lina+Sven (one of my fav combos), down potm + tauren.
As u see u have great line domination , with even better opportunity to gang with so many stuns/nukes , and still u can be very , very strong late game with potm and sven.

Just dont forget , every tac must have one hero who will constantly buy wards which will be placed by bird .

here is my suggestion
mid lane - solo dark seer
reason even if he plays with ranged hero he is good farmer good team hero
and VERY but VERY strong as late gamer
up lane
earth shaker + leoric
easy early game 2 stuners leo for the stun earth for the block
good late gamers and pushers
down lane
crystal maiden+purist
good combo good slowers frost bite + pursist heal after she is 0 range if she took damage pursit anti magic here so she could focus on scepter and not
black king bar
that is what i think is very strong strategy

same reason as before
upper lane
goblin + vegeful
stun + suicide
vegeful ulti into mines the hero that got gem
vengeful good aoe damage dirict kill of 1 hero with ulti
goblin if played well IMBA stunner insane damage and with hex also mini disabler
down lane
magnus + sven
now the secret of it
ok all those heros work very good at all stages of game with dark seer
goblin make 3500 damage trap how do you get all of them into it and kill 5 ?
simple vaccum you can make the trap even in forst
second dark seed vaccums all in 1 spot makes it SOO easy to magus to get all in ulti
them sven + magnus = all dead almost 100% not to talk about the other heros
all heros work perfect in early mid and late
