    I believe someone posted somewhere here before a program that can take some parts of a video and put them appart to another video?

    For example just separate from 8th to 20th second and save it to another video or clip?

    Try with Sound Forge, but dunnow if it can handle videos w/o plug in or w/e. (ask vamos since he did some kind of dota video and that program surely works).

    I didnt split up my videos but used Sony Vegas 9.0 to edit them.

    Sony Vegas Pro edition is only up to 8. I hope they will release 9 soon. And btw, Sony Vegas Studio is the more amateur version.
