Well, I don't need the SAT subject tests ( former SAT II ), since I'm and international student applicant, and about the college application, it all depends on the university you're going at. I've read some got January 27th, others got March 10th, and so on.. My friend who was admitted at Hawaii State University at Manoa applied in April and got accepted
