If you have any problems with viruses/spywares/malwares use this. VERY VERY helpfull. It removed my virus, that use to warn me about fake messages called "antivirus 2009"
This malware scanner is called MalwareBytes .
Recommended.
I will recomend it to you Spybot for spyware and Kerio personal firewall via anti viruses ! very usefull

Fantastic program. Got almost any codec and can convert in almost anything.Code:mplayer <your file> -vo gif98a
Or you can use VLC, the static build of mplayer with some nice fronend, but I can't tell you how to do it there. (You might want to search the menus)

Its a dock, like one on the macs, very useful, i use it every day, you can adjust to be on top , bottom , left or right of the screen, there are many themes etc...
