well u need to have opened 6112 port, so u need to set everything what can block it.
1. firewall open 6112 tcp and 6112 udp there.
2. router (if u have any) u need to set it also: [url]http://portforward.com/[/url]
3. any other sowtfare, e.g. some antiviruses may block it.
4. if your provider blocks it, u can ask for unblock. If he wont unblock, u can hang yourself cuz u will never host (like my university hostel provider, i have 100/100 Mbit internet for 6€ monthly but they wont open any port....)
5. and ofc gproxy off if u want to host, gproxy is for dota etc....
