Report people that should be blacklisted there

I promised to renew page. I didnt do much yet so I will start with blacklist page.
Whenever you find someone who should be blacklisted for any reason, report it here.

Members arent forbidden to play with them but its not recomended and playing with them may be reason for kicking out of the clan.
