the ro player was only with half of the body in front of the ndl one... that isn't offside by the new rules... and evan without the goal... we would have qualified 100%, cause bulgaria isn't better than romania, not evan on or host... and we made u a great service with this win, cause u have better chances to qualify instead netherlands
