Tuskar Bug

Yesterday some enemy player complain about the tuskar's ulti has a bug which goes with incredible damage. He said my teammate is abusing the bug so he is gonna report him.
Is there a such thing? Does tuskar really have a bug?

We are aware of this, it's not a game breaking bug it's just that Tusk's ultimate does more damage that it's supposed to do. You will be informed if there's a change regarding this bug.
