Try to launch the game using w3l.exe first, it will perform a file migration and create the needed directories (including C:/Users/Core i3/Documents/Warcraft III/Maps/Download)

Since 1.28.2 it uses the documents/warcraft III folder to store maps, replays etc. So you need to launch your game so it can create these folders. Then eurobattle should install normally
