Is it safelist? 'Only for pro players'? lul

I won`t explain alot, the main idea is simple:
We either should get more strict rules (actually, rules are strict enough, but people forgot to follow these),
either we stop calling it 'safelist', the place 'only for pro players'.

Yesterday's game level has successfully exceeded every damn bound, lol.
Ye, i could fail, same as everyone could (time of our games are late, all of us (maybe) are working and getting tired at this time, so fails are expectable),
but completely not knowing the required knowledge base to play here - this is something we should not tolerate.

Can you, guys, vouchers, anyone else start to work already, please

Same for players, - get better, this is 2018 (and as i remember myself, i was always getting surprised and writing 'holy shit, this is 2013 / 2014 / 2015 / 2016 / 2017 / 2018 year, guys!')
