What Cen said but if tryed to install it 100 times you will never find answer. My suggestion is reinstall it and delete all files that are related to w3(search for them). After that download w3 and rest what you need and install it properly,problem will be solved 90%.

You are on level too deep. One folder up, select Warcraft III and click Select Folder.
