1.28 patch problem

Can anyone help me about this problem ?
I install all on my computer properly and new installer also, but when process to 1.28 starting, then i have this issue about memory, but that cant be real bcs i have 30 gb more on disc spaces


Also Cen tryed to help me with this but i dont understand what i need to do here ..

iv any of these administrators knows whats problem pls answer me
