Please provide gproxy.log or screenshot. Did your antivirus recently block gproxy.exe?

here is the screenshot. the only anti virus i have is Microsoft security essentials.

Your AV probably deleted gproxy.exe

I reinstall already the gproxy but same result. Normal gate dota will laod but cannot play, gproxy gateway same massage appear.

If you go to Eurobattle.net folder, does gproxy.exe exist there? if not, it was deleted again. You'll have to make an exception in defender if that's the case.

its working already, I remove W3 and gproxy and install it again on my pc.
