Lost connection with Battle.net

Ok I have already been banned and unbanned cuz of this issue.
After blindjoker unbanned me the problem still persists after formatting my laptop which only resulted on losing my precious files.

I ran the fixer 2 times
did what it asked me and the eurobattle client is waiting on war3.exe to run until it times out.

Okay after successfuly running war3 keeping the wc3fixer opened it still exits me for hack
