We are moving to Dracolich DotA as default for a test run

Dracolich DotA will be set as default for a week or permanent if SS players find it to be good enough or better than latest IceFrog DotA. Change will happen today. We want to get feedback from SS players about the map. The decision will also most likely affect other xpam leagues.

We will probably make some kind of public voting at SS after a week.. if majority likes it, we will keep it, and probably LA will then also move to this map.

If not, well, it was worth testing.
