Dúvidas sobre Ban

[Ryazac]

Olá, gostaria de saber, caso possível, o motivo pelo qual tomei ban.
Desconfio que tenha sido por sair do game 4 segundos antes da Árvore cair.. caso tenha sido esse o motivo, teria como rever o caso?
