when i try to open eurobattle installer it writes

i have all required programs

Do you have all Windows 7 updates including Service Pack 1 (SP1)? Did you install visual c++ redistributable 2015 x86?

I think Service Pack 1 is needed. If you can't update, use installer v5 for now.
