Error

After I installed Warcraft 3, then i install patch [URL="http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/war3x/patches/pc/War3TFT_126a_English.exe"]1.26a[/URL] and eurobattle.net [URL="http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/19"]installer[/URL], when i try to run eurobattlenet it pops up an error that says this : "This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin 'windows'."
I don't know how to fix it ...

Windows 8.1, i would like to add that first time i couldn't even install eurobattlenet, because some "msi" file was missing so i had to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable(x86)"

Ok so this basically appears when you try to run the client, not the installer? Can you check if eurobattle.net folder contains file platforms/qwindows.dll?

In the meantime you can use the old installer v5 (maybe pick a different location where to install), but I'd still like to resolve this issue of yours for future players.

Visual c++ is a prerequisite to install, the instructions mention that on the home page.

Yes, the error appears when i try to run "Eurobattle.net Client", when I try to play on battlenet. As you can very well see there is no platforms/qwindows.dll. I tryed to make a folder "platforms" at the eurobattle.net location were it is installed and put the qwindows.dll file but the error is the same.

Happened to me also, using windows 10
Just install version 5 over the one that's not working (v6) and enjoy playing

I see, thanks. I'll release a modified installer later today that should fix this.

Thank you, it worked for me too. I uninstalled version 6 and installed the previous installer(version 5) and it works.

I uploaded a fixed version of v6. Could you re-download it and try it again?

I have the same problem, using w10 x64.
Where is the new v6 instaler?

I re-uploaded it yesterday. The map platforms should be created and a file qwindows.dll.
