can't log in to gproxy

i installed the manual installer then the game worked and entered eurobattle.net,but some game connection broke when the game starts,can't log in to eurobattle-gproxy,it give this error

thank you,i changed the windows from 8 to 7 and everything works fine for the first two games then i get big lag and disconnect .
