problems with eurobattle server

My mate, itsfake ( [URL]http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=player;sid=1;nick=its fake[/URL] )
is always 'offline' in friend list even when he is in game.

Sometimes i can see where is he by using /where command, but mainly it shows that he is offline.

This is a why he cant whisper anyone or get message. Same with channels - looks like he cant join any channel.

His gproxy is updated, last version.

Any suggestions, what is the reason? Thank you.

What you mean by same in channels ? he can't whisper any one at all ? may be try to delete each other from friend list and re-add

As far as I can tell he should not even be able to login with gproxy because he is partially banned. Care to elaborate?

I didn't find any information at forum about his ban (request or something). And he is not banned at LA - he can join games.
Wayne. tried to ban / unban him at LA, but it didn't help at all unfortunately.

What does 'partially banned' mean? And who can help with it?

He is mannered guy and good player, dunno why some1 could ban him. The only problem - he doesn't know english, so i try to help him with this problem.

As far as i can remember this guy is "NoobFromUA" which got banned for map hacking about a year ago. Theres a possiblility that he somehow manages to play but gproxy is bugging him.

Ok, so lets say you are in channel and he logs in, you:
1. Do not get any message that he logged in
2. You see him offline in friends list
3. /whereis shows him offline?
4. But he can normally join any channel and game?

This makes absolutely no sense and it's impossible. What is possible is that he joins a game, gets a disconnect, reconnects with gproxy and then appears offline, because he really is (discing from game discs you from bnet)

i get several messages that he is online/offline (one by one)

2. You see him offline in friends list

yes, offline always

3. /whereis shows him offline?

yes, offline always. But when i vouched him at Safelist, once '.inform' showed that he is in game. But /where - offline.

as i said he cant join any channel.
But looks like he can join games.

i cant promise it... but he said that he didnt play at LA before. Only last 4 months.
