Everyone has 2 votes: 2points and 1point
Note: For fair voting All participants are obligated to vote before voting has ended. All participants who did not vote, but participated, can not be rewarded as winners in case their picture has most of points collected. In that case, official winner will be next picture with most points collected. All participants has at least 4 days to vote. This rule apply for everyone, without exceptions!
